About ITG Communications
ITG Communications is a national telecom service provider that specializes in broadband infrastructure, network installation, fulfillment, and technical support. With a workforce of thousands across the country, ITG plays a key role in maintaining and expanding the country’s communications infrastructure.
They came to us with a straightforward need: a modern, professional website that reflected their credibility as a national telecom leader. Specifically, they wanted their new site to:

Intuitive sitemap
We reimagined ITG’s sitemap, organizing content around the needs of their core audiences: job seekers, partners, and investors. We wanted to make it easier for each user group to find the content they need, so we reorganized and consolidated pages to reduce clutter and streamline navigation.
Brand-aligned design & impactful micro-animations
When it came to visual design, we carefully incorporated ITG’s core brand elements, such as their logo and colors, while elevating their look with tech-forward design cues. We introduced a new font, the futuristic yet tasteful Space Grotesk, and incorporated a distinctive photography treatment with beveled corners.
These design cues feel modern and cohesive while remaining aligned with ITG’s corporate identity. We also introduced subtle transitions, scroll interactions, and hover effects throughout the site. As a result of these improvements, the site feels custom and sophisticated, without impairing usability or performance.
FUSE API-powered job listings
Because ITG has hundreds of job openings listed at any one time, it made sense to invest in a great careers page experience. We developed a custom Vue.js component that integrates directly with ITG’s FUSE API, creating an intuitive, filterable job search. Job seekers now easily browse listings, view relevant details, and apply directly through ITG’s website.
Optimized for speed and core web vitals
We take performance seriously, so we always optimize our websites to deliver a speedy experience that makes both users and search engines happy. ITG’s site was no exception and achieved a perfect score on Google’s Core Web Vitals benchmarks.
Built-in accessibility support
We implemented the Accessibe plugin to ensure the new website meets accessibility standards. This industry-leading solution dynamically adjusts the website’s interface and design elements to meet WCAG 2.1 compliance requirements, supporting keyboard navigation, screen readers, and visual accommodations. This keeps ITG compliant with evolving digital accessibility laws without adding maintenance overhead for their team.
Launch support & analytics
When it came time to launch, our team provided a smooth transition from the old site to the new. We migrated legacy content, set up redirects from old URLs, and configured Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and indexing.
