• How does your process ensure that I like the design?

  Our design team will work closely with you to make sure that we’re on the same page from the very beginning. We may request inspiration images, colors, or competitor websites to help us. We may also go through a more formal mood boarding process, or an even-more-thorough brand exercise, to help us identify your style. Then we’ll present you with multiple design iterations based on this research of your preferences, so we are unlikely to veer too far from something you like by the time it’s time for a final sign-off.

• Do I need to have branding before you design my website?

  Although it’s helpful, it’s not always necessary. In fact, helping you define and refine your brand is one of our specialties, and we are happy to do that work with you before or alongside web design.

• What makes web design “intuitive?”

  Intuitive design predicts needs: it does what people expect it to do when they expect to do it, without them having to think about it. We apply this to web design in places where users most expect action and where they expect to find information, using UX research, years of experience, and common sense to ensure that your website does what users expect, when they expect it, without them even thinking about it.
